Is my order successful?
You will receive an Order Confirmation Email shortly after placing an order successfully. If you do not receive this email, please contact us at info@bijouone.hk
If you would like to make any change to an order you have placed, please contact us as soon as possible at info@bijouone.hk , with your Order Confirmation Email.
Once your order status has changed to “SHIPPED”, no changes can be made.
How can i track my order?Soon after your order is dispatched, we will send you a Shipment Confirmation Email with the information of the courier used and the tracking number of your order in it.
Do i have to pay taxes and duties?Import tax and duties may be applicable, depending on the destination country. You are responsible for all import tax and duties.
The courier or your local post office will contact you with further details for customs clearance. Please note that customs clearance procedures may delay the delivery time.
How long should my battery last?
Your battery should last approximately one year.
I need to replace my battery, can you recommend where to get it done?
Any reputable watch repair shop should be able to undertake the replacement of the battery.
How should I care for my strap?
You should attempt to avoid contact with water. Factors such as perspiration or prolonged exposure to sunlight may be detrimental to the longevity of your strap.
How long should my strap last?
To maintain the intended aesthetic of your watch we recommend replacing leather straps every nine to twelve months.
My order is incorrect or damaged, who should I contact?
All orders are packed and checked multiple times before dispatch, however, if there happens to be a problem with your order please contact us and we will rectify the situation.
What warranty do you provide?
All BIJOUONE watches come with a one-year warranty valid from the date of purchase if purchased from our website (bijouone.hk).

What does atm mean?
"ATM" is short for atmospheres and indicates the depth to which a watch is safe.
3ATM - Splash / rain resistant. Not suitable for showering, bathing, swimming, snorkeling, water related work and submerging under water.
5ATM - Splash / rain resistant. Suitable for light water exposure. Not suitable for showering, bathing, swimming, snorkeling, water related work and submerging under water.
If watches with the leather band, we strongly advised avoiding contact with water and any kind of submersion of the watch at all times.
